Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a charming balcony and a huge ensuite bathroom, creating a private-house-like atmosphere perfect for families. The service is exceptional, with attentive and professional staff, pet amenities available, and friendly demeanor. The location, though not close to activities like MTB'ing, provides a relaxed setting in a small village ideal for cycling and walking. The dining experience is excellent, offering traditional French cuisine with fantastic bread and cheeses.
My stay at the hotel was an exciting experience. The rooms were conveniently located above a bustling kitchen, making it a perfect spot for kids to explore. The Main Street access was a great advantage, along with the clean and comfortable accommodations. The restaurant offered delicious food at excellent value. The only drawback was the noise from the thoroughfare upfront.
The hotel's modern rustic style rooms in the new annex building were lovely, highlighted by an excellent shower. However, the lack of air conditioning and privacy due to thin curtains were minor drawbacks. The service was welcoming, with a helpful attitude and a lovely dining room atmosphere. Though little English was spoken, services like room service, welcome drink, pet amenities, and tours/ticket assistance were available. The location, situated in the fascinating region of France in a delightful village, was easily accessible but a bit distant from major towns. The dining experience offered a very French continental breakfast with fresh pastries and jams.
